Shelly Menendez, Ph.D.
Senior Research Associate

Shelly Menendez has 15+ years of experience in evaluation research, having directed projects at the local, state and national levels. Her work focuses on elementary, middle school, and high school education, particularly comprehensive school reform, teacher effectiveness and compensation reform. More recently, she has been involved in work related to Human Capital Management Systems. She excels in client relations by collaboratively identifying and responding to client needs and developing efficient data collection solutions.
