Through two GEAR UP grants, Measurement Inc., has successfully evaluated project programs, student participation and student achievement of all NYGEAR UP sub-grantees.  In bi-monthly chats, Measurement, Inc. gives all sub-grantees the opportunity to share successes, discuss challenges and cooperatively, create solutions. Working effectively with the state director, site directors and data personnel, the Measurement Inc. staff has always provided their expertise and guidance in uploading data, creating site-specific reports and compiling the federal Annual Performance Report.
