Lily Corrigan has a rich background in educational research, developmental evaluation and program management.  She earned her B.A. from Harvard University, concentrating in Visual & Environmental Studies and Psychology, and her M.S. from the College of Saint Rose in Educational Psychology and Program Evaluation.  During and subsequent to completing her Master’s Degree, Ms. Corrigan worked to create and direct a number of successful after school and out-of-school-time programs for diverse populations of youth and adolescent students.  She has experience organizing school based and community based programs, providing expertise in evaluation and capacity building.  Ms. Corrigan combines her hands-on management experience in youth development and educational programming with a firm understanding of scientific research methodologies, and an ever growing set of experiences evaluating school and program improvement projects at both the state and local level.
