Ms. Dudoff is a highly experienced change management consultant with over ten years of experience in professional development. She was a Senior Organization Development Consultant and Manager of Organization Development for a Fortune 500 company for five years. She was an external Organizational Development Consultant for 10 years providing customized professional development, change management and executive coaching services in healthcare and high-tech. In the field of Education, she served as a researcher for a statewide evaluation of service learning programs for the New York State Department of Education. She also was an elected school board member for five years.

As Senior Staff Developer at MI for the NYS Center for School Safety (www. nyscfss.org ), Pam is responsible for managing, designing and implementing professional development for the Center. She is also responsible for designing and implementing the website and social media communications. Such planning and implementation involves needs assessments and researching materials and resources.
