Our Team

Jonathan Tunik has over 30 years of experience in educational policy analysis and program evaluation.  He has managed project teams on complex experimental and quasi-experimental studies, case studies and field research in educational initiatives at the local, state and federal levels.  He prefers a participatory approach to evaluation that recognizes the client as the best source of program knowledge, and is adept at modifying evaluation designs to fit imperfect data.  He is also an excellent communicator who is sensitive to stakeholders’ concerns, and focused on bringing resources to bear on extracting practical, actionable insights from complex studies.
