Veteran educator, Denise Howe-Baker, brings vast knowledge to Measurement Incorporated, having served in New York State public and charter education for 33 years. As a former teacher of English, literacy staff developer, assistant principal, principal, and head of school, she has a diverse PK-12 skill set. Denise is currently part of MI’s North Country Regional Partnership Center project.
