With nearly 20 years of experience working in the public school setting, Candy has developed expertise helping school districts implement data based systems to improve post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.  Candy has provided regional training and technical assistance to schools, agencies, parents and families on evidence based, promising and emerging practices to help foster change in practices and systems, as well as increase collaboration between stakeholders.  Candy has expertise in professional development delivery and has helped develop state vetted trainings and training materials that are used statewide.
