Lindsay Morris is an educator that brings over twenty-one years of experience.  She is an experienced school administrator and classroom teacher.  As a former principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, literacy department head, CSE chairperson, RTI chairperson, and elementary classroom teacher, she has extensive knowledge of curriculum, instruction, formative and summative assessment, professional development, and compliance.  Lindsay has facilitated professional learning in multiple capacities to a wide range of audiences varying from classroom level, to district level, to state wide professional development opportunities.  She has played key roles in the roll out of school initiatives such as textbook and curriculum adoption, MTSS development and planning, social-emotional learning plans, teacher leadership and evaluation, curriculum mapping and development, PBIS training and adoption, and school systems change.  Lindsay is passionate about facilitating learning for all students and exploring multiple pathways for success.  Most recently she became a published children’s book author with Dorrance Publishing, and her book Our Hearts Beat the Same is due to be released in October of 2020.  Presently, Lindsay works with MI’s Evaluation and School Improvement Services division supporting the Capital District Regional Partnership Center.
